These terms apply when you browse this website, send us an enquiry or buy equipment from us. They are written to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in them takes away rights you have under those Acts.

We do not sell through a checkout on this website. To order:

• Send us an enquiry on WhatsApp or email, with the product and your firearm make and model.
• We confirm compatibility, availability, the total price, delivery cost and lead time, and send payment details.
• Your order is accepted once we confirm it in writing and receive payment.

We may decline an order, for example if we cannot make a safe fit for your firearm. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices on this website are in South African rand and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is not included and is quoted with your order.

We may change website prices at any time. The price we confirm to you in writing is the price you pay. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will tell you before accepting your order.

Payment is by EFT or the payment method we confirm with your order. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or email.

Each holster is moulded to one firearm model, and to a specific light or optic where you ask for one. Please give us your exact make, model and any attachments. Getting this right is a shared responsibility: if you give us the wrong details, the item may not fit and that is not a defect.

Cant and other custom options are made on request to your specification.

We deliver in South Africa by courier. We quote the delivery cost and expected lead time with your order. Made-to-order items take longer than items in stock.

Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged or missing.

Under section 44 of ECTA you may cancel an order placed by electronic means, without reason or penalty, within 7 days after you receive the goods. You pay only the direct cost of returning them, and we refund you within 30 days.

This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as set out in section 42 of ECTA. Holsters moulded for your firearm, and items with custom options such as cant, fall into this group once we have started making them.

Under section 56 of the CPA, every item carries an implied warranty that it is free of defects for six months from delivery. If an item is defective in that period, you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. We may first inspect the item.

This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modification, normal wear, exposure to high heat (for example a closed car in direct sun), or a fit problem caused by incorrect firearm details.

To report a problem, contact us with your order details and photos.

You are responsible for owning, carrying and using any firearm lawfully, including under the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000, and for checking retention and fit before carrying. Blackfang is our airsoft range and is sized for airsoft replicas, not real firearms.

Our equipment does not replace safe handling and proper training.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our equipment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the CPA does not allow it to be limited, including liability for harm caused by a defective product.

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Please contact us first and we will try to resolve any complaint quickly. If we cannot, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms. The version on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
